Across the river




Today I got to go across the river to help out running the sluice. The little boat zips across with the current and with Mike's considerable effort, gets back to the other side when we wrapped up.
I sat by the sluice and ran dirt through it while Mike was loading up buckets. I had some butterflies visiting me. The sun and climbing tired me out and after a shower I vegged.
