Yellowstone National Park

We had a wonderful couple of days in Yellowstone National Park and barely scratched the surface.  The first day (Thursday) we went on the central loop and saw the geysers and Old Faithful.  We stayed at Fishing Bridge campground, which is in the center of the park.

The second day we went the northern loop and saw Mammoth Hot Springs. Along the way, we saw LOTS of buffalo, some elk, deer and even a Grizzly Bear Mama and her 4 cubs!  They were too far away for a photo but the buffalo was right next to the car



We left this morning and are spending the night in Salt Lake City...more to come!

It sounds like you are having an amazing adventure. I love Yellowstone! Those buffalo are really bold! I remember that from when we were there, and the bears were far away, but we did not see any cubs. That is cool! Good to know they are still proliferating. I am glad you guys are having a good time...
